With version 4.0 BeamYourScreen provides a lean and well-structured web conferencing solution with intuitive usage. The newly designed user interface makes usage of the tool effortless. Additionally, the set of functionalities can be adapted from meeting to meeting. A simple and quick installation and setup process, a slim meeting planner, as well as high security standards must all be mentioned on the plus side of this online meeting solution.
BeamYourScreen only offers one-year usage agreements. Month by month is not an option but still the online meeting solution offers you a lot for your money. One sore spot of BeamYourScreen lies within the tool and concerns the meeting reports. These reports cannot be accessed directly through the meeting console so that the user is forced to log into his account online to access any reports.
Bottom line: BeamYourScreen 4.0 is a web conferencing solution that is easy to use for ad-hoc as well as for scheduled online meetings.
