Saba Centra for eMeetings offers an acceptable approach to web conferencing. A quick setup and the availability of the important basic functionalities, as well as their user-friendly arrangement, are a plus of the software.

As meeting host you are not very likely to enjoy the new video functionality. To display multiple webcams the host must activate the "multi-video" option on his system and then activate video for every single participant. The videos then appear in a separate screen which cannot be resized and which partly covers the console so that participants may have trouble using the whiteboard functionality or working on imported documents.

The chat feature appears in a separate window during meetings, obstructing parts of the control panel and thus limiting the overall usability. The ability to choose the applications that are displayed in desktop sharing mode are a potentially positive feature. However, the use of this functionality is rather complicated.

Bottom line: Saba Centra for eMeetings covers most of the basic functionalities needed for online conferences. Due to the mentioned shortcomings the software cannot be ranked higher.
