Vowire is a browser-based solution offering all functionalities essential to web conferencing. The user interface can be flexible adjusted for each meeting by hiding or revealing functions displayed in the online meeting room.

If the host wants to schedule a web meeting he needs to log onto the online portal. However, the invitation process is not integrated with the local email client which means that the host needs to manually enter the participants' email addresses and the meeting is not automatically added to the host's outlook calendar.

When sharing the host's local desktop, participants need to be patient to see shared screen on their side. In addition, participants cannot highlight things on the screen while the host shares his screen.

The integrated video functionality is easy to use. All users can resize and regroup the webcam-videos to suit their needs.

Bottom line: Voxwire offers the basic functionalities needed in an online collaboration solution. However there is room for improvement for the invitation process as well as the screen-sharing functionality.
